Construction is drawing to a close on 89 Throop Avenue, a five-story mixed-use residential and religious building in the Broadway Triangle section of South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Chaim Deutsch, the 55-foot-tall structure will span 30,344 square feet and yield 24 rental units with an average scope of 870 square feet, as well as 9,444 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, 12 open parking spaces, and 12 enclosed parking spaces. The property is located at the intersection of Bartlett Street and Throop Avenue and was formerly occupied by two low-rise commercial buildings.

Construction is nearing completion on 372 Wallabout Street, a five-story mixed-use building in the Broadway Triangle section of South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects P.C., the 65-foot-tall structure will span 8,100 square feet and yield six units with an average scope of 867 square feet, as well as 2,900 square feet of community facility space. Designed by Jay Architect & Engineering and developed by Abe Brach, the 110-foot-tall structure will span 42,225 square feet and yield 25,113 square feet of community facility space for philanthropic offices, as well as 17,112 square feet of commercial space and 47 enclosed parking spaces. 11 and 55 Gerry Street Wrap Up Construction in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing completion on 11 and 55 Gerry Street, a two-building residential complex in the Broadway Triangle section of South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, the project consists of the ten-story 11 Gerry Street, which stands 105 feet tall, and the eight-story 55 Gerry Street, which stands 85 feet tall. Both structures span around 160,000 square feet and yield a combined 106 residential units. Both will also include ground-floor retail space and ambulatory diagnostic centers on their second stories. 11 and 55 Gerry Street are alternately addressed as 322-330 and 352 Wallabout Streets and occupy a trapezoidal plot bound by Harrison Avenue to the northeast, Wallabout Street to the northwest, Gerry Street to the southeast, and the confluence on Marcy and Union Avenues to the west.
