Developed by Zhang Xin of Closer Properties, the structure will yield condominium units and ground-floor retail space, as well as a collection of residential amenities. Work is finishing up on 200 East 75th Street, an 18-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and developed by EJS Group, the 214-foot-tall structure spans 97,569 square feet and will yield 35 condominium units in two- to six-bedroom layouts. The development will also contain ground-floor retail space. The property is alternately addressed as 1305-1307 Third Avenue and located at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 75th Street.

Excavation Underway at 1655 First Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Excavation is underway at 1655 First Avenue, the site of a 23-story residential complex on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by S. Wieder Architect for Cheskel Schwimmer of Chess Builders, the project will consist of two conjoined structures standing 235 feet tall. The buildings will span a combined 193,000 square feet and yield 198 rental units with an average scope of 725 square feet, as well as ground-floor commercial space, a cellar level, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. The 12,000-square-foot property is alternately addressed as 355 East 86th Street and located at the northwest corner of First Avenue and East 86th Street.

1345 Third Avenue Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction is nearing completion on The Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion, a 15-story medical building for Lenox Hill Hospital at 1345 Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Ennead Architects and developed by Northwell Health and the University Financing Foundation, the 215-foot-tall structure will span 200,000 square feet. The $450 million facility will contain outpatient treatment space for specialized cancer care services, imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, neuroscience programs, a sleep study center, acute and chronic disease management, social work services, and more. The property is located in Lenox Hill between East 76th and 77th Streets.

500 East 81st Street Nears Topping Out on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction has reached the upper levels of 501 East 81st Street, a ten-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. S20M is the design architect, Zproekt Architecture is the project architect, and Rybak Development is developing the 100-foot-tall structure is planned to span 37,378 square feet with an undisclosed number of units, likely condominiums based on the design firm’s history in the neighborhood. The building will also have a cellar level and three enclosed parking spaces. S20M is the design architect for the project, which stands on a 3,104-square-foot property at the southeast corner of York Avenue and East 81st Street.
