Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 758 East 219th Street in The Bronx’s Williamsbridge neighborhood. The site is just half a block away from the 219th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The surrounding area is predominantly residential, with some retail surrounding the Subway Station. Marjan Gjonaj, owner of the site, will be responsible for the development.

770 East 214th Street Revealed, Williamsbridge, The Bronx

New developments both big and small are rising across The Bronx, and today, we have a reveal for a four-story building coming to 770 East 214th Street, in the borough’s Williamsbridge neighborhood. YIMBY first reported on the site back in June of 2014, when applications were initially filed with the DOB.  The structure will total 8,030 square feet, and will be divided between ten rental apartments. UA Builders Group is the site’s developer, Badaly Architects PLLC is the architect of record, and completion is likely within the next year.

Four-Story, Six-Unit Residential Building Planned at 3839 Bronxwood Avenue, Williamsbridge

A Yonkers, N.Y.-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential project at 3839 Bronxwood Avenue, located between East 220th and 221st streets in the Williamsbridge section of the East Bronx. The new building will measure 5,666 square feet and its residential units should average 900 square feet apiece. There will be a single apartment on each of the ground and second floors, followed by two apartments across the third through fourth floors. Gino O. Longo’s College Point-based firm is the architect of record. The 3,052-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story building. Demolition permits were filed last July.
