New renderings have been released for Wildflower Studios, a full-scale film and production studio proposed in Astoria, Queens. The development is located at 35-15 19th Avenue and is one of Robert De Niro’s numerous ventures to construct Hollywood-grade production facilities in the outer boroughs.

The 12,000-square-foot development is designed by COOKFOX Architects and is developed by Breaking Ground. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 78 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $53,700.
Construction on the ground-up Margaritaville Resort New York at 560 Seventh Avenue wraps up work in Times Square. Designed by Stonehill Taylor and developed by Sharif El-Gamal of Soho Properties along with MHP Real Estate Services, the topped out 32-story, 375-foot-tall tower looks like it will open in the coming months and yield 234 guest rooms with island-inspired interior designs. The Midtown, Manhattan project is located at the corner of Seventh Avenue and West 40th Street and is expected to cost around $300 million. The McBride Company is handling the interiors.

Designed by SLCE and developed by Naftali Group with Titanium Construction Services Inc. as the general contractor, the 210-foot-tall building will yield 67,680 square feet with 12 condominiums spread across 58,919 square feet and 3,749 square feet of commercial space. The property is located at the intersection of East 86th Street and Madison Avenue, a short walk from the 4, 5, and 6 trains at the 86th Street station.
