Demolition appears complete at 3041 Broadway in Morningside Heights, the site of a forthcoming 42-story tower from Robert A. M. Stern Architects. Alternately addressed as 100 Claremont Avenue, the 350,000-square-foot project is being developed by L&M Development Partners and Lendlease with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, and will yield condominiums marketed by Lendlease and L+M, as well as institutional offices, faculty housing, and classrooms for the Union Theological Seminary. Beyer Blinder Belle is handling the ongoing renovation of Union Theological Seminary’s Hastings Hall, where students reside.The partial demolition process began last October and uses purchased air rights from the seminary.

First Rendering Revealed for RAMSA’s 489-Foot-Tall Tower at 200 East 83rd Street, on the Upper East Side

The first rendering has been revealed of 200 East 83rd Street, a 449-foot-tall residential tower from Robert A.M. Stern on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Developed by Naftali Group and Rockefeller Group, the structure will rise 35 stories and house 86 units. SLCE Architects as the architect of record for the project, which is located at Third Avenue and East 83rd Street.

The first official rendering surfaced in the YIMBY Forums of the 42-story mixed-use condominium building coming to 3041 Broadway in Morningside Heights. Also known as 100 Claremont Avenue, the tower is designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects and will contain a mix of private residences and institutional space that includes offices, faculty housing, and classrooms. Located between West 120th and 122nd Streets, the new structure will rise adjacent to the historic Union Theological Seminary complex. 3041 Broadway is being developed by L&M Development Partners and Lendlease, with SLCE Architects as the architect of record.

It appears that Robert A. M. Stern Architects‘ 220 Central Park South is finally reaching full completion. The 950-foot-tall, 67-story residential skyscraper tower stands between Seventh Avenue and Columbus Circle and features 593,000 square feet of some of the most expensive living space in New York City. Vornado Realty Trust is the developer of the $1.4-billion-dollar project and expects a $3.4 billion sellout. SLCE Architects is the executive architect, while Thierry W. Despont is the interior designer.
