Designed by George Architect PLLC, the project will involve an upper-level expansion to the 64-foot-tall structure and will yield eight homes and nearly 2,400 square feet of community facility space. Financing Secured For Campos Plaza II Renovation In East Village, Manhattan

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) has closed on $92.5 million in financing for the renovation of Campos Plaza II, a two-building residential development in Manhattan’s East Village. The project, part of NYCHA’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) initiative, will modernize 224 apartments housing more than 450 residents. Development partners L+M Development Partners, Type A Projects, and Henge Development will lead the rehabilitation.

GDSNY Reveals New Lobby Design at One Saint Mark’s Place in Manhattan’s East Village

Renderings have been revealed for the GDSNY-designed lobby at One St Marks, a nine-story office building originally designed by Morris Adjmi Architects at 1 St. Marks Place in Manhattan’s East Village. Developed by Real Estate Equities Corporation, the structure yields 49,194 square feet of office space. The project also includes expansive wraparound terraces on levels five, six, and nine, and 7,776 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and cellar level. The property is alternately addressed as 3 St. Mark’s Place and located at the northeast corner of Third Avenue.
