The latest from the 432 Park Avenue webcam shows the building’s foundation now complete, with work on-site showing evidence that New York’s future tallest will indeed rise without a lull. Further confirming this is the release of the building’s public release of its pricing this week, with an average price per square foot of almost $6,000.
With the $85 million dollar penthouse slated for occupation by 2015, work is sure to continue at a rapid pace.
