The below photos, taken yesterday, show 432 Park Avenue as it begins to rise above street level. The building’s core has already risen to two stories in height, which is very rapid progress since the last update from November 30th.
432 Park should definitely be making a significant mark on the skyline by this time next year, perhaps surpassing even One57. The small, standardized floor-plates will help contribute to the speed of the construction– it is a box after all.
