Another week, another floor – 432 Park Avenue continues its ascent, though superstructure work has not been accompanied by any additional progress on the tower’s enormous windows. The development does celebrate a minor ‘milestone’ this week, as 432 Park’s core has now reached the 20th floor. Compared to last week’s update, the differences are slight.
At just over 300 feet in height, 432 Park is still far below ‘prominence’ on the Midtown skyline. If the current rate of construction continues – and in recent weeks, the pace has been picking up – by this time next summer, the supertall should be close to topping-out at its 1,398-foot pinnacle.
