The development site spanning 92-94 Fulton Street, in the Financial District, has again traded hands, this time with The Lightstone Group acquiring the properties for $23.25 million. The previous owner, Fisher Brothers, paid $10 million for the site in June 2014 and had filed applications for a 16-story residential building. Lightstone’s plans have yet to be disclosed, but previous proposals revealed by YIMBY show the site’s significant potential. [The Real Deal]
