Normandy Real Estate Partners and Toll Brothers are planning to build a six-story, 421-unit residential complex at 103-105 Corporate Park Drive, in Westchester County’s Harrison. The site is located in “the teardrop” — the swath of land flanked by I-684, the Hutch, the CWE and an interchange, which mostly consists of office parks. Activists are currently rallying for the inclusion of affordable units, reports Westfair Communications.

Two three-story office buildings, together totaling nearly 165,000 square feet, would have to be demolished. A 5,400 square-foot restaurant is also planned. The project has not yet received a variance form the Planning Board.
