Douglaston Development is moving forward with a townhouse project in Fort Greene, at 370-374 Clermont Avenue and 71 Greene Avenue. Originally filed in 2013, on the Clermont side, there will be two buildings, with three condominium units. One will be a four-story, single-family home, and the other will reach three stories and hold two units, averaging 3,885 square feet.

At 71 Greene Avenue, a four-story, single-family townhouse measuring 3,290 square feet is planned. GF55 Partners is the architect of record, and all the lots are currently vacant.
