Property owner Ronny Shmoel, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a two-story, 5,006-square-foot mixed-use commercial building at 1625 McDonald Avenue, in Midwood. The ground floor of the project will host commercial-retail and warehouse space and the second floor will house offices. The ground floor will also feature a seven-car parking garage. Gabriel Gingishvili’s Brooklyn-based MGM Creations is the architect of record. The 46-foot-wide, 5,377-square-foot property is currently occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed. The Avenue N stop on the F train is located a block to the north.
