The 21-story, 73-unit mixed-use building under development at 319 Schermerhorn Street, located on the corner of Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn, has topped out since YIMBY’s last update in August, and façade installation is well underway. The latest building permits indicate the structure rises 210 feet to its rooftop and encompasses 90,181 square feet.
The new building, dubbed The Nevins, will feature 73 condominiums, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Ground-floor retail space will occupy part of the ground floor and the apartments will be located across the second through 21st floors. Naveh Shuster Group and Adam America Real Estate are the developers. Issac & Stern Architects is the design architect, while Brent M. Porter Architect & Associates is serving as the architect of record. Completion is expected later this year.
