Permits have been filed for two residential buildings at 82-12 and 82-14 31st Avenue, in Jackson Heights, Queens. The project will be a twenty-five minute walk to the nearest two stations, the Roosevelt Avenue-Jackson Heights Subway Station, serviced by the E, F, M, R trains, and the 82nd Street Station, serviced by the 7 trains. Earth and Planet Realty is developing.

The two structures will both rise to a height of 33 feet and yield a combined 13,500 square feet, for six units. Each floor will have a single apartment, and laundry and accessory storage will be in the cellar space. The only distinguishing difference is that 82-14 31st Avenue will have a one-car garage on the first floor. The dwellings will have an average 2,250 square feet apiece, strongly suggesting condominiums.

Tan Architect will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have been filed for the shed and two-story structure earlier this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
