An anonymous LLC filed permits for a new six-story mixed-use building at 570 Nostrand Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The lot is two blocks away from the A and C trains, on Nostrand Avenue.
The 68-foot tall structure will yield 26,300 square feet, with 17,650 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 1,450 square feet for commercial use. The 26 planned units will average 679 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
Floors two through six will have five units each. Retail will populate a portion of the ground floor and cellar. There will also be a lobby and recreational area occupying a total 575 square feet.
Jeffery Kamen R.A. will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet, and an estimated completion date has not been announced.
