Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building with a penthouse at 289 Kosciuszko Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is ten blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand Avenue Station, serviced by the G train, and fourteen blocks away from the Myrtle Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. The development would fill a vacant lot that’s been in such a condition for over a decade. Premier Equities will be responsible for the development.

The 50-foot tall structure will yield 5,240 square feet of space, with 3,740 square feet dedicated to residential use. Four apartments will be created, averaging 935 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Storage space will be made available for ground floor tenants within the cellar, and an additional penthouse floor will be created for use by the fourth-floor unit.

L & C associates will be responsible for the design.

Foundation and structural work is already underway. The completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: By heart on a four-story residential building, and then I forget it.

  2. Penthouse, really? Trash neighborhood, trash neighbors. Good luck!
