Two sets of permits have been filed for 499 and 503 Evergreen Avenue, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Both projects are under development by Urban View Realty.
At 499, plans show a 50-foot-tall building divided between five stories. There will be a total of 13,490 square feet of space created, with 6,550 of that going to residential use. In total, five new residential units will result, with an average size of 1,310 square feet apiece. The building will also feature 2,430 square feet of retail space.
503 Evergreen Avenue will be the site of a 40-foot-tall, four-story building. It will offer a total of 13,710 square feet of space, 6,600 of which will be for residential use. Nine new apartments will be brought to the market, averaging a size of 733 square feet apiece.
Both properties are located between the Gates Avenue and Halsey Street subway stations, offering service on the J,M, and Z lines of service.
Infocus will be responsible for both designs.
