Permits have been filed for a ten-story medical facility at 133-20 41st Road in Flushing, Queens. The site is three blocks away from the Main Street Subway Station, end of the line for 7 trains in Queens. Great Stone NY is behind the applications.
The 111-foot tall structure will yield 32,330 square feet, with 23,950 square feet dedicated to community facility use. 30 attended parking spaces will be included on the first floor. The high-rise facility will include open terraces on the second and sixth floor.
My Architect PC will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed for the site in August 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
