Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1808 Mohegan Avenue, in Tremont, The Bronx. The site is four blocks away from the 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Bronx-based Vilson Lumaj is behind the applications.

The 39-foot tall structure will yield 10,900 square feet, with 8,780 square feet dedicated to residential use. Fourteen apartments will be created, averaging 627 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Space for ten bicycles will be incorporated into the basement. A recreational area will be included on site.

Badaly Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
