Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 343 Ralph Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Ralph Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Velocity Framers is behind the applications.
The 70-foot tall structure will yield 23,490 square feet, with 18,950 square feet dedicated to residential use. 20 apartments are expected to result, averaging 948 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. Recreation space will be provided on-site, and 10 dedicated bicycle parking spaces will also be included in the building.
Fischer Makooi Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
