New renderings have been revealed for an upcoming condominium project at 154 Lenox Road, in the Flatbush – Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. The property was purchased by Brookland Capital in July of 2015 for a price of $3.55 million.

Plans call for a 75-foot-tall structure divided between eight stories. 37 new units will be created out of the 28,605 total square feet of space on offer, which will result in an average unit size of 773 square feet.

The newly revealed rendering shows a modular, modern look for the project, with a facade composed of what appear to be pre-fabricated beige concrete pieces. The design also shows floor-to-ceiling windows on forward facing units. Front facing units also appear to feature sliding glass doors which open onto a knee-wall of glass, for access to the outdoors.

In order to satisfy zoning needs, the building will feature 12 ground floor parking spaces, as well as storage for 20 bicycles in the basement.

Demolition permits were filed and approved for property in January of 2016. Feingold and Gregory Architects is the architect of record while ROART is responsible for the design.

154 Lenox Road is situated two blocks in between the Winthrop Street and Church Avenue subway stations. which offer service on the 2 and 5 trains.

154 Lenox Avenue is in Flatbush, nowhere near beautiful Ditmas Park. There is no such neighborhood as ‘Flatbush – Ditmas Park’.
