Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 105 Battery Avenue, in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The site is seven blocks away from the 95th Street subway station, end of the line for the R train. Jonico Construction & Development is behind the applications.
The 33-foot tall structure will yield 8,430 square feet of residential space. Three apartments will be created, averaging 2,810 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. Two parking spaces will be available on site.
Design Studio Associates is the architect of record.
Demolition permits have already been filed for the existing structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
