Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 13 Marine Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Located between 92nd Street and 93rd Street, the lot is near the Bay Ridge–95th Street subway station, served by the R train. Andrzej Soltys of Marinepoint LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 11,229 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 802 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and eight open parking spaces.
Simino Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
