Permits filed for 33 Bedford Park Boulevard in The Bronx reveal a new mixed-use structure containing both residential and commercial accommodations.
Located just north of the New York Botanical Gardens and Fordham University’s Bronx Campus, the structure will contain a total of 17,076 square feet split into 1,691 square feet of commercial area, and 15,385 square feet of residential space.
Permits indicate a total of 19 individual units. Averaging approximately 810 square feet apiece, rental apartments are likely.
Upon completion, the structure will rise a total of 100 feet, or eleven stories tall. Currently, the interior lot sits vacant, measuring 2,432 square feet.
Local investor Rosalio Rojo of New York Home Contractors, LLC is listed as property owner. Angelo NG & Anthony NG Architects Studio are registered as design consultants.
