Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 688 Flushing Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Jacalyn Michaels will be responsible for the development.
The 60-foot tall structure will yield 7,150 square feet of residential space. Three apartments will be created, averaging 2,385 square feet apiece, indicating large family condominiums. Three parking spaces will be included on the ground floor. Two units will be full-floor duplexes on floors 3-4 and 5-6.
L & C Associates will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed for the site. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
