Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 66-73 79th Place, in Middle Village, Queens. The site is thirteen blocks away from the Middle Village-Metropolitan Avenue subway station, end of the line for M trains. Robert Fabian is listed as behind the applications.
The 29-foot-tall structure will yield 10,860 square feet for residential use. 11 apartments will be created, averaging 987 square feet apiece, suggesting rentals. 11 parking spaces will be created on site. A laundry room will be included in the basement.
AM/PM Design and Consulting will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed for the existing structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

Enough is enough with these building stop running our neighborhoods, am going to have to speak to my legislator in my neighborhood to put a stop to this in one form or another.
This is absolutely ridiculous! This should not be allowed!!! This is a residential block, why would they allow an eleven apartment building.
Horrible
How can we stop this??!!!!
