Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2033 Eat 17th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Avenue U subway station, serviced by the Q trains, and one stop away from a transfer to the B train. Subhi Bukai is listed as behind the applications.
The 38-foot tall structure will yield 6,730 square feet within, with 5,810 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 920 square feet for six parking spaces. Six apartments will be created, averaging 968 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. Duplex units will populate most of the space, with the third and fourth floors having access to terraces.
Citiscape Consulting LTD will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced yet.
