Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2040 McGraw Avenue in Parkchester, The Bronx. The site is four blocks away from the Parkchester subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Amerjit Singh of Beesla Painting Co is listed as behind the applications.
The 60-foot tall structure will yield 19,960 square feet of residential space, creating 24 apartments. Units will average 831 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. There are no amenities listed on the permit. Residents will have access to twelve parking spaces on site.
Leder-Luis Architectural Design will serve as the architect.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
