Please pardon me for using your space: Private support by my admiration. (Beautiful black)
They’re building everywhere it seems. Not the best area and it’s more Flatbush than Ditmas Park. Flatbush Avenue is full of wig shops and cheap Jamaican food places. Not the safest either.
Nice looking building
Chateau? The name makes the building even more tragic.
I’ve lived in the neighborhood for forty years and it’s the safest and the most blended area to live in. It doesn’t matter if you call it Midwood, Flatbush or Ditmas I would never move.?
