Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 66 Linden Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from Gates Avenue, serviced by the J and Z trains. Gaborone Properties Corp will be responsible for the development.
The 45-foot tall structure will yield 7,120 square feet, with 5,470 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 684 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Each floor will have two units. One unit on the top floor will extend into penthouse space.
L and C Associates will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits for the existing structure have not yet been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
