Local Developer Samuel Eshaghoff has announced the completion of 710-714 Wortman Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. The property comes to market as two adjoined two-family homes, for a total of four units.
Prior to construction, the corner lot sat vacant at the intersection of Wortman Avenue and Pine Street where permits were originally filed in 2016 by Sion Consulting Engineering. Construction kicked off in August one year later.
Today, the two-story property offers high-end, full floor units, private balconies, and on-site parking. Each home also includes hardwood flooring, stone countertops, and top-shelf appliances. Residents will also have access to the 2 and 4 subway stations at New Lots Avenue.
