Ground Broken, Rendering Revealed for 39 New York Avenue, Jersey City

Ground has broken at 39 New York Avenue, in Jersey City, for a new multi-family residential property. Developer The NRP Group has partnered with Hoboken Brownstone Company to bring 131 units with a mix of studio, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms to market by 2020. 39 New York Avenue will be The NRP Group’s first project in Jersey City.

Located in the Coles Street Park neighborhood, the apartment building will be adjacent to both the west side of Hoboken and Jersey City’s The Heights neighborhood. The property will consist of 28 studio apartments, 79 one-bedrooms and 24 two-bedrooms.
