With completion imminent, Halstead Property has launched a teaser site and released new renderings of 138 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the warehouse-inspired residential building stands six stories tall, and nine spacious condominiums are located within.
Properties range from two to three-bedroom spreads and include two lower-level triplexes. Materials include wide-plank wood flooring, natural stone countertops, and generous ceiling heights on all floors. Residences also include floor-to-ceiling windows measuring 12-feet-wide and ten feet in height.
As previously reported by YIMBY, the ground floor will be divided between the lobby, a gym, and a garage for just one vehicle. Each 2,200-square-foot triplex will include a private backyard, recreation space in the cellar, a living, dining, and kitchen areas positioned on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the top floor.
Developers are Eli Hamway and Michael Shamah of Eastern Capital Group. Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team is handling exclusive marketing and sales that are expected to debut Spring 2019. Pricing will begin around $1.7 million for smaller units.
