Kossar + Garry Architects Reveal New Renderings of 31-11 37th Street in Astoria, Queens

Rendering of 31-11 37th Street

A new batch of renderings from Kossar + Garry Architects reveal a rising residential development at 31-11 37th Street in Astoria, Queens. The building will replace an existing church parking lot and will eventually contain over 34,000 square feet of space.

The building will top-off at five stories in height, and contain 39 residential units. At 657 square feet apiece, the apartments will most likely be offered as rentals.

Future occupants will have access to a 20-vehicle parking structure, a roofdeck, fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities. The building will also support a ground-floor community center that will reportedly be operated by a non-profit entity.

Azimuth Development Group filed applications for the structure in 2017, but have not revealed an estimated date of completion.
