Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 86-15 Rockaway Boulevard in Ozone Park, Queens. Located on the northwest corner of 87th Street and Rockaway Boulevard, the upcoming development is situated five blocks north of the 88 Street-Boyd Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Devinder Singh is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The pre-cast concrete building will yield 13,912 square feet, with 12,735 square feet dedicated to residential space. There is also an additional 1,212 square feet of residential square footage in a detached or semi-detached building according to permit application details. There will be 20 rental units created, averaging 636 square feet each in the 40-foot tall structure.

Queens-based firm Lu Ning Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet for the auto body repair shop currently on the lot. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
