Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1521 West 2nd Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between major thoroughfare 65th Street and Avenue P, the interior site is three blocks west of the Avenue P subway station, serviced by the F train. Andy Ho of 1521 W2, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The concrete-based building will yield 8,890 square feet, with 8,261 square feet allocated to residential space. It will have six units, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,376 square feet. The 61-foot tall development will also have a cellar and a 24-foot long rear yard.

Anthony Ng of Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is responsible for the design.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet for the 1960’s two-family dwelling currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
