Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 620 East 31st Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Farragut Road and Glenwood Road, the interior site is situated two blocks south of the Newkirk Avenue Station on Nostrand Avenue, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Jacob Perez is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The steel-based building will yield 6,307 square feet, with 4,168 square feet designated to residential space. It will have six units, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 694 square feet. The 52-foot tall development will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
Alix Michel of Citiscape Architectural Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
No demolition permits have been filed as of yet for the 1920’s single family dwelling currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Not the bet area but it’s near the subway and Brooklyn College so the units will rent out quickly. Penthouse?
Please pardon me for using your space: I thought, is not a strange and wonderful place that plan for the development. I could see it. (Thank you)
