Permits have been filed for a six-story apartment building at 1013 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Grand Avenue and Classon Avenue, the corner lot is one block from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. Solomon Feder is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 46,751 square feet, with 28,763 square feet designated for residential space, 3,656 square feet for commercial use, and 800 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 38 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 756 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 13 enclosed parking spaces, and a 37-foot-long rear yard.

Jose Lockhart of Tecnico Engineering is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in January 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
