This week Reuveni Real Estate launched sales at Dahlia, a new condominium property at 212 West 95th Street. Designed by CetraRuddy with RKTB Architects serving as the architect of record, the 20-story building topped-off earlier this year. Occupancy is expected on begin in Spring 2020.
In addition to bringing Dahlia to market, developers United Management and Certes Partners have also revealed a batch of new exterior and interior renderings of the property.
Within, the property’s 38 high-end residences range in size from 1,074 to 2,327 square feet, each with open-floor plans and ceilings up to 10 feet in height. Condominiums are priced from about $1.8 million for two-bedroom units up to $6.5 million for the most premium penthouse residences.
Building amenities will include a 5,100 square foot elevated park, a fitness center and yoga studio, both bike and private storage, private parking spaces for purchase, a communal lounge and gaming areas, and a children’s playroom.
