Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 299 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block south of the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Xiao Lin under the Slava 7 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 5,500 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
SH Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
