Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 355 West 39th Street in Midtown West, Manhattan. Located between Eighth Avenue and Ninth Avenue, the interior lot is three city blocks south of the 42 Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station, serviced by the A, C, and E trains. Man Hei Li under the 355 39th Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 19,255 square feet, with 17,023 square feet designated for residential space, 1,603 square feet for commercial use, and 629 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 654 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Gilman Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in April of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I can’t find things offensive on your development, with an 11-story mixed-use building. Please do not continue to read if you don’t like developments. (Hello YIMBY)
