Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 3554 Carlisle Place in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between East 211th Street and East 213th Street, the lot is five blocks east of Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Ed Lekaj of Bond Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 37-foot-tall development will yield 8,046 square feet, with 7,043 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 704 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in March of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
