It will have 4,168 square feet dedicated to residences, likely to be rentals due to an average unit scope of 694 square feet. The second five-story development will rise 52 feet with seven units, a penthouse, and a cellar. It will have 4,592 square feet designed to residential, also likely rentals with an average unit size of 656 square feet.

Demolition permits were filed in late February of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
