Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 350 Rutland Road in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand Avenue and New York Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Shia Unsdorfer under the 350 Rutland LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot tall development will yield 5,669 square feet, with 4,395 square feet designated for residential space. It will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 732 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional SVCS is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
