Permits have been filed for a six-story hotel at 3294 Atlantic Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Logan Street, the lot is one city block south of the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Michael Gendin of Titan Equity Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 21,357 square feet, with 17,089 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have 61 rooms, with an average unit scope of 280 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
S M Tam Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits haven not been filed yet for the single-story building currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
