Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 2510 Ocean Avenue in Homecrest, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue T and Avenue U, the lot is four blocks east of the Avenue U subway station, serviced by the Q train. Ying Fu under the 2510 Ocean LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 30,771 square feet, with 21,210 square feet designated for residential space and 2,309 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 26 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 815 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 37-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Feng Zhang of Focal Point is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
