The Jackson Group recently began leasing on a modest collection of “tough-luxe” apartments at 200 West 11th Street in Manhattan. Residential interiors by Ovadia Design Group embrace both grit and glamor, marrying polished, contemporary materials with exposed concrete ceilings and structural beams within each unit.
Located in the West Village, the five-story property is situated on a trapezoidal corner lot and consists of two full-floor, two-bedroom-two-bathroom lofts, one with a private terrace, and a three-bedroom-three-bathroom duplex penthouse with a private roof deck.
Each home incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows, minimalist kitchen and living spaces, and large bathrooms complete with custom finishes. Residences will also have access to key-locked elevators with private access to each unit and a virtual doorman.
Occupancy is expected by early September. Jason Haber of Warburg Realty is handling the property’s three rentals.
