Permits have been filed for a 24-story mixed-use building at 92-33 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. The building will have 601 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 664 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 192 enclosed parking spaces.
Gerald Valgora of Studio V Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
