Located between Avenue L and Avenue M, the lot is six blocks from the Avenue J subway station, serviced by the Q train. Eddie Yair under the 1730 Ocean Avenue Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 27,781 square feet, with 23,986 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 35 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 17 enclosed parking spaces.
